Harriet (Molly Little) is a student sent to an institute where she must conduct a case study on one of the institute’s strangest patients, Anna Williams (Lucy Mochi). Harriet learns that Anna was a normal girl in the past who had suddenly snapped, turning into a violent and manipulative monster.

The head of the institute gives Harriet the opportunity to interview Anna, however when they approach her cell, Harriet is shocked to find no one inside. The institute enters a lock down. Harriet is locked securely into an office alone to keep her safe whilst Anna is somewhere on the loose.

Unfortunately for Harriet, Anna is locked in the room with her. She shows Harriet first hand the reason for her madness, a parasite that slithers out of her body, invading Harriet’s own. Driven to insanity by the parasite, Harriet unleashes her twisted impulses onto Anna, causing the pair to breed one another.

Two mortuary assistants (Emma Rosie & Molly Little) work throughout the night to prepare for their next autopsy; a deceased woman named F. Elena (Ana Foxxx). The mortuary assistants are taken aback by how well preserved Elena’s body is, they even begin to mock her attractive appearance.

Their chuckling falls silent immediately as Elena rises from the table, glaring at the two assistants with her blood red eyes. She silences them both with a hush, revealing her sharp fangs. Elena utters her commands, instructing the assistants to entertain her by stripping their clothing and pleasing one another.

Both women try to resist but Elena’s words compel their bodies to move against their will, causing the pair to endure sexual acts they have no control over all the while Elena taunts them. Relishing in the entertainment before herself, Elena demands that the assistants please her, commanding the pair to use their tongues on her body. With two slaves under her command, willing to do her bidding no matter what, Elena basks in the feeling of her power.
